Accepted forms of Payment
We do not provide credit terms. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, Zelle, ACH (a 1.3% convenience charge applies), wire transfer ($15 service fee), check or credit cards (a 3.5% convenience charge applies). We reiterate prior to an order being shipped the order must be paid in full.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Prior to the harvesting, i.e. digging of any materials 50% of the total of the order must be paid. The remaining 50% of the order must be paid in full prior to the order being loaded for transport. To be specific all payments must clear the bank prior to shipping. Once you receive your material it must be inspected immediately. If there is an issue with your order reach out to us immediately via phone, text or email. No warranty is provided on plant material after it has been received and inspected.
Installation Terms and Conditions
If you are having your order installed and delivered we require 50% down at the time of your order. The balance is due after installation is completed. Customers must call 811 to come out and mark the power, gas, water lines and any irrigation lines on the property before our crew arrives. We are not licensed irrigators and do not repair or move broken irrigation pipes if they are in the way of planting.
