If we don’t know where to locate your materials immediately we can often times order them in and deliver them within 7-10 working days. We are available to help you locate, purchase and transport your plant material expediently. We can handle delivery to your jobsite or yard in most states in the US. When you are expecting a delivery you must have a crew and equipment onsite to unload materials. Drivers will not unload materials for you.

If you are in the trade and would like to purchase wholesale please fill out our “Wholesale Application Form.” If you would also like to apply to be tax exempt please download and fill out the attached “Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate” below. You may easily fill it out electronically and upload it to our wholesale application form and send them simultaneously. All invoices will be TAXABLE until we have received your Tax Exemption Certification

We are a brokerage firm. We do not keep a nursery or run a growing operation. Our business model reflects this fact in our pricing structure. We reserve the right to require a minimum purchase of any materials for that purchase to be considered “wholesale.” If you are a buyer for your company and have no autonomy to make purchases it will be necessary for the decision maker to contact us directly. We require all photos be approved ASAP and payment is required via ACH or wire as soon as they are approved. We will not hold, release or deliver any material without full payment.

Accepted Forms of payment

We do not provide credit terms. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, ACH, wire transfer, certified check or credit cards (a 3.5%-4.5% convenience charge may apply.) We reiterate prior to an order being shipped the order must be paid in full. 

Terms and Conditions

Prior to the harvesting, i.e. digging of any materials 50% of the total of the order must be paid. In the event your client changes their mind we will not refund the deposit or any monies paid. The remainder of the order must be paid in full prior to the order being loaded for transport. To be specific all payments must clear the bank prior to shipping. Once you receive your material it must be inspected immediately. If there is an issue with your order reach out to us immediately via phone, text or email. No warranty is provided on plant material after it has been received and inspected.
