La Tejana Tree Sales has been in business for over 7-years and caters to a niche market working with growers to bring their products to the marketplace. Our clients have one thing in common: they are super busy and want to be able to pick up the phone or get on the internet and place their order and have it delivered and/or installed promptly. We only provide number one quality plants and trees that are disease free having been inspected by the Texas Department of Agriculture and the USDA.
We specialize in locating large quantities of plants and trees, selecting them, delivering them and/or installing them fast. We deliver nationwide and install within 2-hours of San Antonio. All orders must be delivered customer pickup is not available. If you are only having your order delivered and not installed please keep in mind that when you receive your order you will have to unload the trailer yourself when it arrives. That means that you have to have a crew and/or whatever equipment is necessary to remove that load on site such as a skid steer.
We diligently strive to update our inventory as quickly as possible. This is a cash and carry industry and it moves very rapidly. What is listed here one moment may be gone the next. Delivery Terms and Conditions
Prior to the harvesting, i.e. digging of any materials 50% of the total of the order must be paid. The remainder of the order must be paid in full prior to the order being loaded for transport. To be specific all payments must clear the bank prior to shipping. Once you receive your material it must be inspected immediately. If there is an issue with your order reach out to us immediately via phone, text or email. No warranty is provided on plant material after it has been received and inspected.
Installation Terms and Conditions
If you are having your order installed and delivered we require 50% down at the time of your order. The balance is due after installation is completed. A 90-day warranty is provided on plant material in the 30-gallon container or larger after installation. Customers must call 811 to come out and mark the power, gas, water lines and any irrigation lines on the property before our crew arrives. We are not licensed irrigators and do not repair or move broken irrigation pipes if they are in the way of planting.
Accepted forms of Payment
We do not provide credit terms. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, Cash App, ACH (a 1.3% convenience charge applies), wire transfer ($15), check or credit cards (a 3.3% convenience charge applies). We reiterate prior to an order being shipped the order must be paid in full.
