At La Tejana Tree Sales, every detail matters — including how your trees arrive. Our delivery services are designed to ensure each specimen reaches its destination safely and in pristine condition. We coordinate every step, from nursery preparation to on-site arrival, working with fully insured drivers and specialized equipment to manage even the largest and most delicate trees. Each delivery is carefully scheduled, expertly loaded, and transported with precision — because we know that excellence begins long before planting starts.
We transport across the Southwestern US and freight quotes will vary depending on the order size, weight, delivery distance and number of stops required to collect or deliver your order. The pricing on this table is a simple example based on distance from one of our hubs located in far Southern San Antonio.
Class A is transport via 18-wheeler or 35′ plus length trailer.
Class B is transport via trailer less than 35′ long.
If pick up location is outside the San Antonio Metro area add $6 per mile for Class A and $4 per mile for Class B for any delivery over 100 miles.
We allow 2-hours for unloading Class A loads and 1-hour for Class C loads. In the event that you are unable to unload in a timely manner we will charge you $250 per hour for every hour after that allotted time. The minimum charge will be $250. In the event that you do not have a crew on site to unload your material our driver will not unload it for you. Our driver will return with your load to our closest hub as required by law. You will have to reschedule and pay for your load to be redelivered at our next available time. We will assume no responsibility for your load in the event it should perish due to your inability to receive it in a timely manner.
